This Orchards Guest House is convenient as we really are centrally-situated - OR Tambo Airport is less than 30 minutes off-peak driving time away, with the Joburg CBD 15, Rosebank 10 and Sandton 20 minutes. Just a quick stroll will take you to Norwood Mall for shopping and into Norwood's Grant Avenue which has plenty of restaurants.

Join hosts, Graham and Tony, for an early evening drink before dining out at one of the many restaurants in the area (Italian, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Middle-eastern, Kosher, Fish, etc); a little further afield you'll find many restaurants at Joburg's top meeting place - Melrose Arch, including the famous Moyo . Or for an alternative vibe Melville attracts a younger, cosmopolitan crowd and is only 20 minutes drive away.
Four golf courses are within a few minutes drive of Graton - Houghton, Royal Johannesburg, Killarney and Wanderers. For the more energetic Old Ed's Virgin Active Club is a few streets away with indoor & outdoor pools for those who like to swim for exercise.
Attending a conference perhaps and prefer to stay in a B&B? Our Guest House is an accommodation provider for the Glenhove Conference Centre and the Centre for Endocrinology and Diabetes, both a few minutes drive away.
